"I recently invested in a Canadian company started by an engineer who developed a control platform that is saving landlords 20% - 40% on their gas bills in apartment buildings that use boilers for supplying heat and hot water. At one presentation, an engineer from an established controls company (could have been Johnson, but I can't remember) stood up and said that what the company is doing is "impossible." But actual comparison of gas bills from year to year prove that it is indeed possible. Here's to hoping Johnson or another controls company acquires the Canadian company and makes me and the other investors rich:)"
