"... a boiler doesn't alert you if there is a problem, if there is no heat or the domestic hot water is down... and this is one of the big advantages of the controller. Also the temperatures in the suites, it is good for the owner to know. You know, lots of tenants like to have their windows open, they don't like to shut them.
